Located in the family-friendly, Spenard neighborhood, enjoy a great selection of nearby restaurants, shops, art galleries, and public spaces. Barbara Street Park, just a block away, offers connector-trail access to the pedestrian mixed-use, Coastal Trail.
At home, relax on the covered back deck - the perfect spot happy hour and al fresco dining - while the family dogs enjoy exploring the fully enclosed backyard. Quiet mornings can be enjoyed with a cup of coffee on the covered front porch. The full kitchen comes equipped with updated, stainless steel appliances and the living room features sofa seating and a flatscreen smart TV, books, and board games for family entertainment. Vintage accents complement the home's period design and construction, with features including an upright piano and set of antique stadium seats.
One bedroom can be found on the main floor and the upstairs loft has been furnished as another sleeping space complete with a walk-in closet. A bedroom and full bath addition are located in the basement, along with the washer/dryer.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for extra guests at any time. Violating the maximum occupancy of six people will result in immediate eviction from the premises of all parties. No refunds will be issued.
This home is not suitable for children under 8 years old due to safety hazards and steep stairs.
This home backs up to the Alaska Railroad train tracks and you can watch the scenic train go by multiple times a day in the summer.
